The Ensemble Swing Time is a 16 piece big band from Knoxville, TN that specializes in classic big band swing and features original arrangements made famous by Glenn Miller, Harry James, the Dorsey Brothers and other great bands from the Swing Era.The Definition of Swing: In the early thirty's a radio announcer introduced his Sunday afternoon show this way:" And now the new style of music that you can tap your toe to, dance to, sing to or just sit on your porche and swing to."
